Dori and Eddy came to terms today and Dori will open up the Restaurant at Eddys Sports Bar located in Sosua on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic starting the 15th of January. Dori comes to Eddys with vast experience as an Executive Hotel Chef having worked on many Continents. Besides fine dining you will be able to get bar food while watching different sporting events.
Dori promises to have Thai Dishes on both lunch and dinner menus which is something I am looking forward to! I have had Dori's Thai food many times before and could never get enough.
